Chicken Corn Soup Recipe Pakistani - Cook With Shadab
DIRECTIONS:
In a pressure cooker, add sweet corn, desi chicken, onion, carrot, ginger, garlic, cinnamon sticks, cloves, salt, crushed black pepper and water, mix well and bring to a boil, cover with pressure and cook for 5 minutes. -45-50 or up to tender.
Remove the sweet corn, with a chopper, add the boiled corn, cut into coarsely and set aside.
In a pot, add some kind of chicken stock and remove the chicken pieces and cut and set aside.
In the prepared chicken stock, bring to a boil and add the chopped cornstarch, roasted chicken and mix well.
Add the chicken flour, salt, crushed black pepper, mix well and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and mix well.
In the water, add the corn flour and whisk well.
